Ask the school office to send you a reset code. It arrives by SMS, and you use it the same way as your original invite — enter it with your mobile number and choose a new password. Your old password keeps working until the new one is set.

SchoolConnect never sends reset emails on its own, and nobody from the school will ever ask for your password. If a message claims otherwise, ignore it.
